Protein Data Bank(PDB)

The Protein Data Bank (PDB) is a repository for the 3-D structural data of large biological molecules, such as proteins andnucleic acids. (See also crystallographic database). The data, typically obtained by X-ray crystallography or NMR spectroscopy and submitted by biologists and biochemists from around the world, can be accessed at no charge on the internet. The PDB is overseen by an organization called the Worldwide Protein Data Bank , wwPDB.

ACD/CHEMSKECTH

I had learned CHEMSKETCH on last Monday..it was hard and make me headache.
What is CHEMSKETCH? Let me tell a little bit about my subject. Chemsketch is an advanced chemical drawing tool that let us to draw chemical structures and view them as 2D or 3D models.

I will show some works that I had done. It is not perfect since it is my first time to use this tool.But the results are really interesting and I feel enjoyable. I had learned how to sketch energy reaction graph,orbital,DNA structure and many more

Hi all!! Could you imagine that I can be a "blogger girl"? hahaha.. I can't believe that I can be a blogger.This is my first time to create a blog because it was asked by my lecturer..But I think its good for me to share something to all of you guys....

For people who know me,they will laugh at me because they know how exactly I am.Then, let me introduce myself. I'm Atiyah Husin.Born in Melaka..it is Hang Tuah state(i'm proud of it), still studying.Simple girl. I'm the eldest from 7 siblings so that my brothers and sister call me "kak long".

Today, my lectures begin and its quite tough for me because it is still "Hari Raya" mood. There were Epidemiology and also UNGS classes in the morning and now I'm in the Computer in Science class where my lecturer asked me to create a blog.Its interesting because its some kind of sharing moment,feeling and many more and I feel better now since I'm in holiday mood.

Tomorrow is tough day for me because I have Biochemistry examination and its quite scary as I'm not prepare for my exam.Good luck and all the best to all my classmates.
